FAQ

  • What do I need to avoid before my body contouring treatment?

To experience adequate results, avoid alcohol 24 hours before or 48 hours after as this can cause you to be dehydrated. No coffee or sodas the day of their treatment.

  • Can I exercise after my body contouring treatment?

Yes, exercise is excellent prior to and after your treatment, and we highly recommend it. It is very beneficial to complete a 30-45 minute workout within 24 hours after your session.

  • Should I drink a lot of water before my treatment?

Yes, it is crucial that you are hydrated for optimal results. The more water, the better. You must drink a minimum of 2 liters of water 2 days prior to your first session and 3 days after. Being hydrated will give you the best results by flushing your lymphatic system.

  • Is body contouring painful?

Our treatments are all completely painless. You may expect to experience a buzzing sensation in your ears with Ultrasonic Cavitation during your session. Mild redness of the skin may occur after a treatment, however this immediately goes away in a few hours.

  • When can I expect to see results?

Many clients see results immediately after their first session and may visualize an even further change within the following three days. However, our treatments require upkeep and at least six to ten sessions to see ample results.

  • What can I expect during my first procedure?

A certified technician will conduct an initial consultation, assessment, and treatment. You will also be given a wide range of treatment options to address your personal physique goals.

  • Are the results long-term?

The results are maintained, especially when combined with exercise and proper nutrition. However, we cannot stop the natural aging that affects your appearance. For this reason, we recommend maintenance visits.

  • How often can you perform ultrasonic cavitation?

Ultrasound Cavitation therapy can be safely performed up to 2 times per week, with 3 days between each procedure, but I like to tailor a certain program for our clients because every body’s body varies.

  • What are the contraindications with ultrasound cavitation?

Women experiencing their period should skip treatments during that time of the month. If on period, we must reschedule. This may cause more cramps or more bleeding and you typically won’t be able to see your optimal results. A personal physician’s certification may be required with certain individuals.
